To honor all local Teachers of the Year and other award-winning educators, the South Dakota Teacher of the Year Banquet is included in the Systems Change Conference! The banquet will feature a speech from a 2011 National Teacher of the Year Finalist, Cheryl Conley, and the announcement of the 2012 South Dakota Teacher of the Year. Other features of the conference include:
